Using Financial Analysis and Financial Benchmarking in the Company

This diploma´s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the chosen company in between years 2006 and 2011 with the usage of selected methods of financial analysis and financial benchmarking. The goal of this thesis is to formulate suggestions that would improve the current financial situation of the company, ensure its further prosperity and also to assess its prospects for the financial situation in the future.

This bachelor thesis aims at evaluating the performance of SPORTISIMO s. r. o. company in the time period from 2010 to 2015. The method of benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA will be used. The values of the monitored enterprise will be first compared with industry average of group CZ NACE 47 Retail, except for motor vehicles and also with the best enterprises in this sector. In the second part, the enterprise will be compared with direct competition, namely with A3 SPORT, s. r. o., HUDYsport, a. s. and Intersport ČR, s. r. o. When interpreting outputs from a benchmarking system, structural and trend analysis will also be used. In conclusion, an assessment will be made of the company's past performance, an assessment of its position among the competitors as well as recommendations for future development.

This bachelor thesis is focused on financial benchmarking of KBJ VELKOOBCHODY s.r.o. The aim of this study is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and to compare the results within the same field and with the best companies in this branch as well as direct competitors. The purpose is to gain an overview of the financial health of the company and also the relevation of strengths and weaknesses through Benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA. The theoretical part is focused on financial analysis, used for financial benchmarking, description of the methods and practices of financial benchmarking. The previously described practical part shows how these methods are applied to a particular company. The final section of this study is about evaluation of achieved results and it recommends strategic business decisions.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the financial benchmarking of the company MORIS Design s.r.o. The target is to examine financial situation of the company and to compare the company to the other enterprises in the sector in which it operates. To achieve this, author uses the financial analysis INFA. The first part of this paper is focused on the financial analysis as such in theory. The second part closely examines economic situation of the company MORIS Design s.r.o. and performs its financial benchmarking. Finally, in the third section, there is a conclusion of the financial situation of the company, its strengths and weaknesses and also suggestions that would help it to solve the problems found in the analysis.

The aim of this work is to make financial benchmarking of the company Pivovar Svijany, a.s. Thanks to the financial benchmarking can assess their financial situation and to compare it with the situation in a sector in which it operates and with the best companies in this sector. This comparison reveals the financial health of the company and its strengths and weaknesses. This work is specifically used the method of benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators INFA. This system was designed by husbands Neumaier in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

Bachelor thesis is focused on financial benchmarking of enterprise in the field of foundry. The aim of the study was to compare whether management of the chosen company lead effecively in comparison with another companies in the branch. The theoretical part focuses on defining financial analysis, it follows the concept of financial benchmarking and last part is financial analysis INFA. The practical part is devoted to the description the foundry industry. Other part include analysis and comparing with the branch. At the end is a summary of the results which were achieved through financial benchmarking.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on financial benchmarking of TULIPA PRAHA s.r.o. The aim of this work is to evaluate financial situation of the company, identify its strengths and weaknesses and to find out how efficient is the performance of this company in comparison with top companies within the same field by using INFA benchmarking diagnostic system of financial indicators. The theoretical part includes the characteristic of financial analysis, which financial benchmarking is based on and definitions of important procedures and methods. The second part describes the company in detail, the particular industry and the application of INFA financial analysis. The conclusion of this work assesses the achieved results.

Aplikace Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti Řetězárna, a. s.

Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací Balanced Scorecard (BSC)ve společnosti Řetězárna a.s. Balanced Scorecard je klíčový manažerský systém, který převádí firemní poslání a strategie do uceleného souboru měřítek výkonnosti. Nejprve byla provedena analýza finanční výkonnosti podniku, banchmarkingové srovnání a dále také strategická analýza podniku. Stěžejní část diplomové práce tvoří již samotná implementace BSC. Ta spočívá v přiřazení podnikových strategických cílů a jejich ukazatelů úspěšnosti k jednotlivým perspektivám BSC. Provázanost a kauzalitu podnikových strategických cílů přehledně zobrazuje strategická mapa. Dalším výstupem diplomové práce je podpůrný nástroj v programu MS Excel, který obsahuje data pro hodnocení úspěšnosti jednotlivých firemních strategických výpovědí a procesů.
